Andrew qualified from The University of Liverpool in 1987. For many years he ran the equine division of St George’s Veterinary Group in Wolverhampton which became part of Severn Edge Veterinary Group in 2016 and he has have been worked here ever since. He enjoys all aspects of equine practice, particularly evaluating new horses for our clients at pre purchase examinations.

Away from the Practice, a lot of Andrew’s time is still spent with horses. He has three Irish geldings at home which hunt with him through the winter then turn themselves into eventers for his wife Tracey in the summer. Andrew and Tracey’s daughters both rode competitively through school and university and still like to ride when they come home. Busy lives as a geologist in the mining industry and a trainee orthopaedic surgeon mean that this doesn’t happen as often as Tracey and Andrew would like!”
