Equine Planned Visit Days

We offer a range of equine visits to help accommodate our clients, cut down on fuel emissions and reduce the costs of veterinary treatments.

Zone visits:

Each vet has a specific allocated postcode area which they cover every day. If you require a visit with a specific vet or on a certain day or maybe you need an exact time, this is the visit you require. All requested treatments are covered on these visits and we can allocate the correct amount of time for the vet to be with you.

We do advised if you need a specific vet, date and time, you will need to give as much notice as possible.

 

Four4Free:

If there are 4 or more horses at the same location, that all require routine work (as stated in the PVS) we will waive the call-out charge.

Clients must be flexible with dates and times of booking and all 4 horses must be booked onto the visit before the vet attending.

Planned Visit Scheme:

Alongside zone visits, we offer a “Planned Visits Scheme”, which allow us to visit you on a set day for a reduced visit fee. The areas are worked out by post codes and are set for that particular day each week. PVS visits are for routine work only and are planned using the best route for the vet. Some of the routine treatments included are:

 

  • Vaccinations
  • Routine dentistry
  • Health Checks
  • Medication reviews
  • Routine blood samples
  • Repeat sarcoid cream applications
  • Passports and microchips
